Well, one thing about cow-orkers seems certain: some cow-orkers are
obnoxious enough that they ought not be trusted around cows, other
livestock, women, children, and various smaller animals. I don't know
what it means to ork a cow (of either the bovine or human variety),
and I don't want to know, but somehow it doesn't sound at all
pleasant.
Us inhabitants of the interweb messageboard known as www.b3ta.com adopted
orking as 'an animal with its nose too close to the camera lens', hence:

Thereafter we came up with 'cow-orker', not knowing it was already in
existence.....
