I assumed you were :-) I'm not sure if there are any parts in there which
weren't available in the 1940s (can find out if needed), though - I think it's
as close to 'original' as it's possible for a ground-up rebuild to get.
Our Elliott 803 is a complete original* from 1960 (IIRC) - but doubtless
someone can top that (I believe the CHM's PDP-1 is the same year?).
* for suitable definitions of 'original' - 803 spares have been used to keep
the machine running, and some of *those* are doubtless a year or two more recent!
