I am, but I was wrong... I'd got the wrong pin; in fact, the voltage drop
(on the multimeter) is 0.1v (5.4v to 5.3v) when I use the "correct" GND pin.
And the chip is an F6821P, not an 8132 (I'd read the wrong number, and got
that wrong too... blame my flaky memory).
