What Intel got
from DEC was a FAB, and in some manner the StrongARM
processor (I never have understood this one).
And the Tulip chips, and the PCI bridges, and all the other cool DEC
chips that we've been using for years...

Boooooooo!!! I love those tulip chipsets...low CPU use,
ultra-reliable and well-supported by linux.
Is there's ones still in production or what is another equally GOOD
one that replaces tulip based NICs?
