Mild OT: Parity Apple DIMMs?

Is there *any* source for parity lo-pro 60ns DIMMs? Same physical configuration as the DIMMs that go into the 7200-7600 and others, but 60ns and parity or ECC. This is for an Apple Network Server 500, which is basically an overgrown 9500 with six PCI slots, seven drive bays, and no support from Apple. :-( I spent a lot of cash early on making sure all of its 80MB RAM was parity (it can use parity RAM), and I'd really like to make sure that I don't lose that investment! I just found out from Outpost.com that Kingston, the only source I found, doesn't stock them either, so I'm calling them on Monday to check it out (since their website says they do).
