Looks like a parallel printer card. The dip switch would be used for
enabling/disabling different modes of operation for different printers.
You could probably make up a cable for it from a 26 pin IDC ribbon cable
connector, 6ft or so of 26 conductor ribbon cable, and a 36 pin IDC
centronics-style connector. Since it uses a 26 conductor cable, I don't
think you'd even have to fan out the cable at the 36 pin connector. You
would have to make sure to get the pin 1 orientation right for both
connectors.
