Have you checked Steve Gabaly's Altair register?
He been trying to put
together a list of all the existing Altairs.
I just did a cursory web search and couldn't find this register. I've
got several Altairs (2x8800, 8800a and 8800bt + drives, docs, software,
etc.) that should be listed.
