A well defined spec clearly identifies what range is
suitable. It is then the
developer's responsibility to work right for everything anywhere within that
range.
A magic code want that I can wave at a computer to make it do what I want would
be nice too. But just like a well-defined spec, I'm unlikely to ever see one in
my lifetime.
