Well, how much would a $100,000.00 system drop in
value in 4-5 years? As
for Sun notebooks, the only ones I've seen are the "Tadpoles". Those are
some sweet notebooks, better yet, any of them I've seen anything about are
nice and sturdy. I seem to recall one model had a Titanium case!
I have never seen a Voyager for sale on comp.sys.sun.wanted, but I imagine
if one were to show up, the Sun collectors would fight over it. I doubt
many were made. Original price was $14K.
The SPARCbooks ("Tadpoles") tend to go for at least $1.5K for the low end
ones.
