It's "oxiclean", not "oxyclean". The former is an oxygen-based
bleach, the latter, chlorine. The active ingredient in "Oxiclean" is
sodium percarbonate:

The crucial component of whatever the oxy/oxi stuff is TAED. It just so
happens that oxi is a more convenient source of TAED.
