Assuming that the protection fuse isn't blown, I can read it on a Data I/O
Unisite 48. I'm in the Denver area.
If the protection fuse is blown, and if it is programmed with purely
combinatorial logic (no feedback), which is quite likely, I can still
"read" it, reverse-engineering an equivalent pattern, using a homemade
apparatus built for that purpose.
Either way, I can program a new PAL to match.
