I once
encountered an extremely irrate tech support guy in the hall
who had just been on the phone for several hours with a
customer.... Finally, the
tech support guy said you are typing r-o-o-t right? ?And the
customer says, well, no, "root", r-u-t-e.
Probably because you didn't tell him to log in as "ruht" (short U
sound).
Perhaps that is the, erm, "root" of the problem. :)
