Given all the ionic salts the body dumps via that route, I'd be
astonished if it _weren't_ pretty conductive.
Possibly excepting someone who's been forcing fluids, but even then
it'd surprise me.
Of course, the kid on the TV probably wasn't very grounded with respect
to the potential shock, unlike the guy on the tractor. (Not that
that'd be something I'd bet a kid's life on. Not even close. :-/)
