That doesn't work as well when the actual goal is to get people to panic
about their possible fate and spend money.
If the real concern is disposal "to good home", then "free pickup"
is more appropriate than "buy it or the cat dies!"
Being the Drama Queen that he is, it's ALL about the "Buy this magazine or
we'll shoot this dog." kind of thing.
