Not really. Save-the-Whales, Inc. and

Inc. follow the same tax rules, providing they are both 501c3s.
But if one wanted to establish "The Museum of Erotic Potato Chips" or
"The Museum of Interesting Gum Found Under Movie Theater Seats"
(focus!) in New York State, one would need to be certified by the
Regents?
