Sorry, I forgot to mention that I'm in Livermore, CA.
No, they aren't radioactive. These were employed for use in mobile whole
body counters. The nearest they got to anything nuclear was if someone
who was heavily irradiated walked into the trailer where these were
installed.
I don't think shipping would be worth it unless you really want one. This
is more of a hail Mary before they get scrapped.
