SMD work is not that difficult.
For me, it would depend on the package. If the CPU on this thing
was, say, 208 pin 0.5 mm pitch TQFP, I would welcome having it pre-
mounted. My eyes and coordination aren't what they used to be.
If the package was BGA, I would definitely want it pre-mounted.
