CD rom from "Microsoft Access 2.0 How-To CD" book

Hello - I know this doesn't meet the 10 year rule, but it is obsolete. I bought a copy of this book. When I got home I noticed the CD was missing. I called the publisher to buy copy of the CD. They told me the book was out of print and couldn't sell me a CD. I ask if I found one, could I leaglly make a copy. They said yes. I am looking for the cd in order to make a copy.
