I'd give up and find another. But if I REALLY had to clean something
like that up, I'd probably start with sodium hypochlorite bleach.
Failing that I'd grab a couple of packs of sodium hydroxide photoresist
developer and try soaking the board in that.
If all else fails? File it under B-1N.
