No other more modern laptops you could swap the drive into? Then you could boot the laptop
off a live CD and copy the Win95 from a flash drive, an external drive, or over the
network.
I recently had to get drivers for an old Kingston card and was able to get them from an
old copy of the website that archive.org had.
