I worked for a company that produced such a terminal (Advanced Electronic
Design). There were at least six other companies producing color raster graphic
terminals in the early 80's (AED, Jupiter Systems, Ramtek, Raster Technologies,
Tektronix, Metheus, and Chromatics) that were capable of displaying what appears
in that video.
Just to mention another one, Comtal was producing raster image processing
systems/displays as early as the late 70's.
Desk-sized box with colour monitor, keyboard, and trackball on the desk
surface. CCD memory for the display (CCDs were being touted and used as a
memory technology back then, not just for image sensors). Connected via big
cable to a UNIBUS or QBus as I recall.
