Somewhere, back in my memory, I recall that CDC had a fairly impressive
large-screen color display graphics facility in the late 60's. Was it the
250? I recall seeing demos, but the IGS folks tended to keep to
themselves, so I didn't learn much about it. At some point during the
early 70's, IGS was transfered from Sunnyvale to Arden Hills and lost many
personnel. I don't know what became of the project.
But in your list of graphics display terminals, you should definitely
include the original Plato plasma-screen terminal. I suspect that someone
on the list still has one.
