I got myself a Commodore 16. It worked on Wednesday
nicely, then I tried it
again on Friday and it didn't work. It still gives out sync pulses and colour
burst for the video, but there is only a black screen.
Is this the normal fault for a failed TED?
Dead TED. This is the most common failure on 264-series Commodores, and the
most aggravating, since the only cure is snagging a TED from another working
16 or Plus/4.
