Which is why looking for an Adaptec 1640-series card
is a very good
idea. I have two, and they're going to the grave with me. I keep
hoping I'll find a pallet of "new old-stock" cards somewhere, in which

are they like?
The 15xx is the ISA version. The 16xx is MCA. Otherwise, very similar.
