Thank you! That rules out using a 70ns EEPROM, then.
I think I have a line on most of the bootstrap PROMs that I will need, but I'm still
interested in the general problem of replacing defective bipolar PROMs and making new
ones, when I can't just order blanks from Digi-Key.
