Which came first CLV CDs, or CLV LaserDiscs?
How about CLV diskettes as used in the Victor 9000 that changed
rotational speed several times to obtain higher capacity on 5.25
diskettes.? I wonder how long it took to settle after stepping over a
speed change boundary.
