I figured that it was. It's probably made for the 82912 or 82913
monitor. Any idea on the "control" connector? Does your's even have that?
It may be part of the keyboard/monitor interface option.
One day, when I've got some time to spare I'll dismantle an HP85 and
trace its keyboard connections to the custom chips. Then do the same
thing for the connector on the 9915. It should then be possible to wire
up a keyboard with the correct matrix.
I think I have the schematic of the keyboard and it's controller for the
85. I need to open a 9915 and see if it has the same controller and trace
the wiring back to the connector.

fuctions are built into the
9915 if any. And what the push buttons and indicators on the front are for.
No idea on that, I'm afraid.
