I'm trying to identify a couple of devices. Google
is leaving me cold.
Part numbers: NEC B975 (also has "L 96" marking) and NEC D1309 ("K
98",
like the former). Both are TO-220 package.
This is the pretty standard marking for 2S*.* transistors. Just put 2S
on front of the number. 2SB975 and 2SD1309.
