I was disappointed to learn that starting with Fedora 11, the text-mode
installer is no longer going to have feature parity with the GUI

Suits me fine. I'd rather not have to pick my way through the
installer's brain-dead interface to set up things like LVM when I can
just get a minimal install up and configure LVM myself later. Since I
only ever use LVM for /home/ then not having it before the packages are
installed is no great loss...
