It does. Rather than mocking them behind their backs, I wrote to them
and told them that it was a portable and they needed to open the lid.
Take another look at the listing - now it has more photos showing it
open and running.
It was not a difficult thing to do, and their thanks were effusive.
Which I did as well, right after I posted the original note. I think a
bit of humor is a far cry from mocking...
