So long as each transaction can be handled in a few hundred clock cycles
(including all overhead), then a 5150 would be marginally adequate.
(~41,212,800,000 clock cycles per day)
That does not leave enough overhead to support Windoze with dancing
kangaroos and yodelling jellyfish.
