A good quick fix for _viewers_ of web pages with poor text/background
contrast is to do a 'select all' on it. The text color will invert, and
give you a second chance at viewability.
Personally, http://www.cs.unc.edu/~yakowenk/classiccmp/ccrs_list.html
is viewable just fine as is.
