No, it's not just the US. I've got a good
friend earning about US$100
per hour doing VB programming here in good old Oz.
It's everywhere - and I may now loose your respect, but I'm even
issuing VB jobs ... For a lot of one time scrap VB isn't that
bad - and I don't have to argue with my customer (Althou, it
happened more than once that we did let te app be rewritten in
C(++) later on).
