According to this, it's Corvallis BASIC, which is compatible with
GWBASIC and MS-BASIC.
This means the exit command is 'SYSTEM'.

There were several Google hits, starting with "cmt mcii", followed by
"cmt mcv", followed by "corvallis basic".

Now the problem is how to exit the basic environment.
EXIT or QUIT does not work.
