I should be able to find them. Their contents are documented in the PDP8A
users manual starting at 6-58
The three variants that I see are
87A2, 88A2 PTP,RK8E,TC08,RF08,TA8E
138A2, 159A2 PTP,RK8E,RX8E,RF08,TA8E
and
465A2, 469A2 TA8E replaced by RL8A
documented in the RL8A manual, but bootstrap
not listed
