Yes.
There is one person currently doing it, but it's quite difficult as scads of
requests come in every day and virtually 100% of them are from spam
harvesters. It's not easy (or more specifically it's time-consuming) to try
and separate the wheat from the chaff.
I'm looking at a new way of doing that which might make it easier. If that
doesn't work out - Dave, feel free to contact me offlist and I'll set you up
to help in emailing each new subscriber if you're volunteering.
