Not sure if you're trolling :-) but I would HOPE that the "10 year rule" is
invalid and that the new rule is "anything that ISN'T what is currently sold
today". Meaning, Windows PCs and Mac OS X -- everything else, being around 10
years old or older, would be valid. For me, this translates to "everything up
to and including Amiga". (1994)
