Also, since stock IBM hardware/OS needs the index
hole, I fail to see
how DISKCOPY could copy such a beast.
Only FORMAT needs the index hole. DISKCOPY onto an already formatted disk
does not.
But, some drives, including some Teacs need the index to determine drive
ready. One more reason to stick with the TM100-2.
