This reminds me of the telephone company charging to
NOT have your
name listed in the phone book
Or their charging more to not turn off DTMF dialing. (Which actually
the CRTC let them get away with refusing to do unless your line is one
of the few that got grandfathered in as a no-DTMF service; I would much
prefer they'd made Bell be honest about the rate increase.)
