I seeme to rememebr somebody a few years back made a nasty comment about
'beige boxes' (meaning PCs) and I had to ask 'Just what have you got
against HP9000/200 machines?'. I've just turned it round :-)

Err, as I am sure you know, the parts and tools to restore a classic car
are not cheap and may not be easy to get. So I can understand the
'lottery win' (even if I don't pay the voluntary tax on the
mathematically clueless :-)) but not redundany (I can think of more
inportnat things to spend money on, like food, power, water, etc) and not
the 'collapse of civilisation' (where you are going to have problems
finding BSW nuts and bolts, for example)
