I bought a Willem Programmer a couple of years ago off Ebay and paid
around $40 for it. I use it for 27Cxxx's but it will also do 24Cxx,
25Cxx, 93Cxx, and PICs.
I love it!
There seems to be a LOT of variants out there so, make sure the one you
get will work with your specific chips.
I wish there was a good LINUX based IDE for it.
