I tried writing the corresponding version of this to write blocks to my DU volumes (SCSI
from a CQD-220). It wasn't pretty; I have a short ~20 word serial bootstrap with
which I can upload anything I want instead, so I just built it as a binary instead and
blasted it over with that.
MSCP is nice (in its own way), but it's not simple.
