Yes, but 2 61256s reduce the memory chip count to two (2)
and they are available in CMOS cutting the heatload.
I have a few quad width protoboards that are PDP-11 (not sure
if unibus or Qbus) but with strategic cuts for power and
ground they work for omnibus.
