No one ever says "En Ee Cee" unless it's someone who's completely
unfamiliar with the term. What people do say is "any see".
Doubtless this is one of the reasons that automated transcription of
speech is such a difficult task. "PC" isn't "Pee Cee", but rather
"peacey".
