I can't
think of a lot of use for a 10yo RS/6000 except as a
server - as a workstation running Motif or something, it wouldn't be
much use on the desktop today.
I guess I should add, that there are 10-year old RS/6000s (43P models)
that run current versions of AIX (5.3), and can run most any OSS you'd
want to throw at them.
