Screen has to be plugged in on a Plus or else your motherboard won't be
getting power - it's one cable.
Sure, there's one cable from the 'analog board' to the 'digital
board',
which carries poower and the video/sync signals. If that wasn't
connected, the machine would do nothing at all.
But what if the CR base connector wasn't plugged in? I think then the
machine would boot, but there would be nothing on the screen.
