and I bet that they are still pretty unwilling ot do anything about retaliatory
feedback. I did a 'buy it now' on an auction and the seller (as soon as he
shipped) sent me a note saying that as soon as I got the item, leave him
feedback and he'd do the same for me... sounds a lot like the PEBCAK's and
ID10T's that rely on retaliatory feedback to make themselves look better on ebay.
