Ah, I thought mole sauce was also a part of Brazilian cuisine. I
just looked it up; it is purely Mexican...about as far from you as I am. :)

Ah, it wasn't really a joke! :) Mole sauce (as you know) is based
on
chocolate, and Sridhar is allergic to chocolate. He can eat it if he
takes a lot of benadryl first.
