Darn, I see they made the reserve fee 1% of the reserve price. It used to be a
maximum of $2.00 ?

It seems
to me that the seller either wasn't serious about selling -
or is
quite greedy (the latter, I think).
Or he wants to bypass eBay's fees and conduct a private sale to the
highest bidder.
