Preserving/snapshotting the contents of a SCSI drive is as simple as
hooking it to a UNIX box and running a "dd" command.

I would love a
bunch of these for use with various old machines. They
existing solutions seems hard to get fora reasonable price.
That is what I say. Phillip is doing one for floppies (great work, man!
:oD) and maybe it can be expanded somehow for ST-506 drives and - who
knows - SCSI :o)
